The position

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving the company strategy to build strong relationships between users (C2C) and brands (C2B), and the development of sustainable digital homes and engaging incentivisation and gamification systems. The company vision is to build a people first empowerment technology that therefore requires a highly engaged community of consumers. It is your role to always uphold and strive for this.

Key responsibilities

  • Reimagine community experience, design a unique and beautiful user experience
  • Combine user feedback, market trends and customer expectations to produce ideas and concepts for highly innovative products
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, making trade-offs and balancing the business needs versus technical or operational constraints
  • Translating the company vision into a clear and detailed product roadmap that outlines the product requirements

Your profile

  • Extensive experience or 3+ years as a product manager or product owner in engagement technologies
  • Can explain complex things in an easy way
  • A comprehensive understanding of online marketing and growth
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential especially in the fast-paced environment my client offer
  • Outcome oriented; ability to articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve it
  • Extensive Agile experience ideally in Scrum or Kanban
  • Hands on mentality where you take ownership and responsibility
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
