Product Owner

Talent International are currently working with a market leader in the fintech space, This highly regarded start-up are continuing to grow rapidly and are now looking for a Product Owner for their entrepreneurial unit where they provide their partners with financing and credit solutions that meet the needs of their end customers.

Your tasks:

• As a product owner, you and your developer team are responsible for developing and improving existing and new features.
• You will be the specialist in the partner business space. It will be your role to understand the wishes and needs of our partners.
• You design the product vision and are responsible for managing the product backlog.
• You act as an interface to the areas of UX, sales, operations and banking cooperation.
• You will be responsible for defining the KPI's and insuring their optimisation.

Your profile

• A degree in computer science and/or economics, marketing or business informatics.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in Product Management a minimum of 1 year working in the fintech/finance space
• You truly understand what it means to be agile and are comfortable in environments with self-organised teams
• You are highly analytical and can think strategically.
• You describe yourself as a problem solver
• You can inspire teams and truly take leadership
• Must speak fluent German
