Talent International are currently helping a start-up with a very exciting Greenfield opportunity! Are client are building out a completely new product in the Property/Construction tech space which will become the go to platform for anyone looking for construction work. It will be a fully immersive platform that takes care of all parts of the interaction including project management, gathering quotes and payments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with technical team and founder to drive development and new features
- Continuously detail and document feature requirements and changes whilst ensuring product roadmap is followed
- Design and run A/B tests to measure the success of product changes
- Act as the orchestrator between departments to ensure the delivery of development phases
Drive product development with a group of highly skilled programmers - Track, measure, analyse and communicate relevant KPIs as well as product development progress to key stakeholders
- Understand the competitive landscape and evaluate market trends
- Support marketing in building core content and website/promotional materials
- Own and drive all aspects of the product area from product vision to delivery to customer adoption
- Be the voice of the product and voice of the customer within the company
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years Product Management experience in a data-driven, fast-paced environment, preferably B2B/SaaS startup
- Proven success at building tech products
- You have profound knowledge about building strong technical platforms that enable a great user experience
- Ability to collaborate cross functionally with engineering, sales, design and marketing to ideate and develop new user facing features and internal tools
- Proven ability to influence decision making at all levels within an organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills while constantly aligning with other departments
- Experience with working in cross-functional and agile teams as well as knowledge in project management tools and agile methodologies
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- No ego when it comes to product or design; the focus is always on getting quickly to the right answer and doing what is right for the customer and the company
