One of Talent's long-term partners are currently looking for an Online Market Manager. The company in question are a young and dynamic self-sufficient start-up located in Berlin! They constantly aim to innovate and shape the future of market research. In this role you would be able to play a central role in planning out and executing the company's new marketing strategy.

Your Tasks:

• Operational and strategic support of recruiting campaigns for survey portals: affiliate marketing, SEA, email campaigns and social media
• A/B testing as well as website and conversion optimisation
• Constant analysis and monitoring of KPI's
• Help with budget planning and control
• Support the product team win the introduction of new panel brands
• Coordination with external service providers, e.g. Graphic designer for online and print advertising material

Your Profile

• Degree preferably in Marketing, Management or General Business Administration or something similar
• 2+ years of online marketing manager experience especially with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook campaign
• Strong understanding of internet technologies and tracking
• Fluency in German and working proficiency in English
• Creative and conceptual way of thinking
• Strong communication skills and you enjoy working as a team
• You are able to complete tasks to deadlines and act in a self-motivated manner
