Data Engineer

Freelance Data Engineer - Remote - 6 months - €600-700pd

Our client are a prestigious German business with a global customer base, who are currently undergoing a huge Digital Transformation project which we are partnered exclusively with them on.

We are looking to add two senior freelancers to the development team in the form of data engineers, ideally these will be senior python developers with experience in data services. The initial project will be 6 months, however there is absolutely scope for extension.

In order to be successful, candidates MUST:

• Have excellent python experience, coupled with PostgreSQL
• Have worked in data management for large businesses previously
• Have working experience in crossfunctional teams and be able to communicate clearly across to Product side
• Be fluent in English, German is a real bonus
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management experience
• Be able to legally freelance in Germany

The role will be remote, however there may be the odd occasion for a face to face or onsite meeting providing it is safe to travel.
