What this job offers you?
The client develops high performance, big data and low latency systems for online marketing. They are an international company with offices in the US, Germany, Denmark, and a development in Porto. There is however the opportunity to also work in Hamburg.

You will be:
· Improving usability and maintaining a consistent and fluid experience throughout their UI
· Thinking like a user and making their platform as intuitive as possible to achieve their goals
· Proactively communicating with users to conduct user testing and research to collect feedback for the platform
· Translating research into concepts, wireframes, and workflows for new features and products
· Helping to conceptualize the new insights product with a focus on the interaction with big data

Ideally you will:
· Enjoy being the soul UI/UX designer responsible for the UI and UX design and research, working closely alongside 3 Product Consultants and three teams of developers
· Love thinking outside the box and want to bring innovative design ideas to data visualization
· Constantly think about how to optimize the user experience
· Have at least two-years' experience as a UX and are a self-starter
· Are a little bit of a perfectionist and have a flair for nice design
· Have a thirst for knowledge and how things work
· Find collaborating and mediating about pain points with multiple stakeholders enjoyable
· Enjoy translating user needs into structured wireframes to facilitate the conception of new products, services and features
· Be able to apply Usability Testing, Card Sorting, Ethnographical Studies, and Expert Interviews

Your toolbox should definitely include experience in:
· Wireframing and UI prototyping
· Visual communication
· Interaction design
