Role: Technical Product Owner Salary range: 70 - 100K base + annual bonus (depending on your experience)
Language: English and German
Location: Munchen (can be located up to 4 hours travel away)
Work model: Flexible work from home/office policy
Duration: Permanent / 40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible

Our client is the digital business incubator of the organisation and was founded in 2016 in Berlin. Using innovative business models, they sustainably create change in the sectors of construction, logistics and infrastructure.

This includes developing new, digital B2B solutions, to make the construction sites of the future more efficient, improve their networking and increase their degree of automation.

This role could be attractive to a Senior Software Engineer who wants to now be more Project/Product Ownership focused or someone who has been working for some time already as a Technical Product Consultant or Technical Project Manager.

Your responsibilities:
· Developing product roadmaps, writing user stories, and prioritising them via business values
· Having an overview of current market requirements, strategies and trends to develop, implement and improve an overall product strategy
· As an interface between the product and other stakeholders, you are responsible for motivating them for the common goal
· Working closely with the Product Owners in the 3 teams you will assist as well as alongside the Leadership and Staff Engineering team members you sit within
· Regular exchange with customers and users is your daily business
· 50% of your day-to-day tasks entail development activities, building in security, enterprise architecture, GDPR which all influences the department

Ideally you will have:
· Several years of professional experience as a PO of mobile apps, websites, or eCommerce solutions
· Technician/Software Engineer experience and have a high understanding of technical processes as well as basic knowledge in BPMN
· Ideal if you have experience in one of our programming languages as Python, React or basic Java
· You work successfully and with enthusiasm in agile teams
· You are used to making decisions based on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
· You are a "maker" and motivate others with your ambitious and productive mindset
· GDPR security knowhow as the other PO's are not experts in this area
