Interested in working with a leading mobile fitness app? Then look no further!
My client is on the lookout for Senior Data Scientist who will help shape the new architecture of their fitness platform.
As a Senior person, you will need to mentor the more junor data scientists, as well as create and help transition the architecture onto the cloud - AWS. You will also work with complex data sets that have real life meaning for their consumers.
Your profile:
- University degree in Computer Science, or similar
- At least 2 years' experience in analysing datasets with SQL, R or related
- Good statistical, mathematical and predictive modelling skills to build the algorithms
- Ability to see beyond the numbers and to perform independently in-depth investigations of data problems
- Preferably knowledge in Python with Hadoop, Hive, or MapReduce
- Fluency in English
