One of the world's leading travel tech companies are looking for a self-driven product Manager to join their team in Berlin! This role requires a strong consumer focus for all decisions you make. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritise features. You are an effective communicator and know how to use both quantitative and qualitative data.
Responsibilities
- You create an environment for the ideation, design and implementation of product improvement that solve our users' problems
- You communicate with and organise a cross-functional team who are often located in different time zones as well as communicating with executive leadership
- You define and prioritise user problems and feature specifications across various platforms
- You measure the success of product changes through extensive A/B testing and design and pursue relevant opportunities for improvement
- You collaborate with customer support and UX to collect feedback from and respond to users in a timely way
- You monitor the market landscape and staying abreast of the latest technology and thus ahead of the competition
Requirements/Qualifications
- A background in building B2C products, preferably in E-commerce
- Specific experience in supporting and leading product strategy, including a proven ability to champion products and work towards key decisions
- Good business judgment, technical background strongly preferred, technical degree is a strong plus but not a must have
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills at all levels of an organisation
- High attention to detail and love of use data extensively
- Ability to collaborate with teams across different cultures and time zone
