Ideally you are someone who is very passionate about product design and mentoring designers. You're curious,
experimental, empathetic and able to innovate others through your design best practices and continuously empower
and upskill your team.

Ideally you will be:
* An experienced Director of Product Design, able to lead, manage and mentor a team of designers
* Able to implement cross functional best practices with other disciplines and will also own planning, and
execution from a design perspective
* Experienced hiring, growing, and developing the Product Design team building strong partnerships with peers
in product, engineering, support, marketing and customer success
* With 8+ years of UX/product design experience on a product development team
* With 4+ years managing a design team(s) Previous experience leading design or design teams within a B2B
context Proficient in multiple aspects of product design, including research, process, vision, and information
* Someone with previous experience working on a SaaS product with a large international userbase

What you will be doing:
* Responsible for managing and mentoring the existing design team of 6
* Mentoring and collaborating with the Product Design Team
* Creating a culture of Design and acting as a role model for the organizational culture
* Influencing product strategy and roadmaps
* Using metrics, qualitative feedback, and other data to learn about user needs and informing product
* Understanding usage patterns across the scheduling products
* Learning how the product is used across the various use cases to power their scheduling workflows
* Leading sessions on best practices, interaction, and visual designs for your team
* Collaborating with cross-functional partners on roadmaps, new initiatives, and team/product vision
* Leveraging data, and research to better understand customer needs
* Building meaningful relationships and partnerships with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and
