We’re also investing time and resources to build out our Talent Engage portal, holding regular IR35 check-ins and consultations, opening up discounted and free access to lifestyle and mental health services and much more.

Talent Engage is an industry-first life hub for Talent contractors. Update your profile, skills, availability and work history, upload timesheets and expenses, and allow job opportunities to come to you.
Crucially, you’ll also be rewarded for all of your activity on the platform by way of Talent points. These points can then be exchanged for a suite of benefits built with contractors in mind: you can exchange your point for air miles, hotel stays, training and qualifications and much more.
