Talent promotes Lisa Bartlett to Regional Sales Manager in order to lead the growth of the business in Berlin.

2021 sets a clear aim for Talent in Berlin. We are delighted to announce the promotion of Lisa Bartlett, former Head of Contract in Berlin, to Regional Sales Manager.

Since 2017, our Germany location has formed an integral part of Talent’s mission to redefine recruitment across the world by creating the most rewarding client and candidate experiences. Berlin, where Talent’s German office is located, is a major European capital at the heart of the technology and digital sector. From the well-established through to startup / scale up organisations, Talent has made great strides to embed itself in the tech ecosystem, and is now working with larger, established organisations to continue its growth. The company was also recently awarded Gallup’s Exceptional Workplace Award for the third year in a row, positioning Talent as one of the 40 best organisations to work for in the world.

Now, Talent is investing heavily to deliver innovative solutions for Germany’s tech industry in order to take advantage of an increasing digital and tech marketplace. As part of these efforts, Lisa Bartlett has been promoted to the role of Regional Sales Manager and will lead Talent’s Berlin operation as it grows throughout Germany.

Darren Wells, Talent’s EMEA Chief Executive Officer, said: “I’m delighted that Lisa will help us take our next crucial steps in Germany. Since Lisa joined Talent in 2019, she has proven herself to be a highly effective sales leader who understands the local market, bringing in skilled consultants to the Berlin team whilst growing our service and product lines in Germany.

“Lisa’s work ethic, management style and deep understanding of the digital and technology landscape in Berlin make her uniquely suited to this new position. I know she will continue to be one of our most successful leaders, and her appointment is a step towards our vision to increase the number of women in leadership in our organisation. I look forward to working with her and founder Richard Earl as we develop our German business.”

Lisa said: “When I joined Talent two years ago, it was because I immediately connected with the management team’s passion for quality. Their continued support has been invaluable and I’m proud to have developed such a strong team in Berlin. As we continue to expand in Germany, I am excited to be in a position to hire more talented consultants to join our team, to continue working closely with our clients and candidates and provide the best experience we can as Talent grows to be one of the country’s leading recruitment businesses.”

After recently reporting a record financial year, Talent has again been named in the Top 500 Private Companies, moving from 87 to 81 on this year’s list. Talent was also ranked 30 (up from 36 last year) in the top 50 best private enterprises to return on shareholder funds after tax. Talent reported a group turnover of $726 million for FY20, and a year-on-year growth of 14%.

As part of this growth, we are now looking to hire a number of recruitment and delivery consultants into our Berlin office. If you have the drive to innovate, push boundaries, and provide the most rewarding experiences for our clients and candidates across Germany, get in touch or find more information here.
